1st Shift Weds - Sat - 7:00 am - 5:30 pm
3rd Shift Weds - Sat - 11:00 pm - 9:30 am

Position Overview:
As a Technical Impact Support Technician, you will be integral to supporting our enterprise clients by monitoring and analyzing the data surrounding impacts on customer circuits. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and performance of network services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Analysis: Analyze service provider networks, hardware, and software to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Documentation: Review and document network architecture, providing detailed assessments and recommendations.
- Impact Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of existing technologies to determine their impact on customer circuits, ensuring compliance with OLA and SLA requirements.
- Data Interpretation: Review and interpret data sets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and effective resolution of network-related issues.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as required, demonstrating a solid understanding of network protocols, hardware, software, security technologies, and network infrastructure.
Qualifications/Experience:
- 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in network engineering or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in network protocols, network hardware and software, security technologies, and network infrastructure.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Certifications:
Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus but not required.
